About Keystone Crafters…

Keystone Crafters is the one-stop-site for all things locally hand-crafted! Our platform features local crafters and crafting events from around the state of Pennsylvania. From a crafters perspective, anyone is able to search for and apply to attend events and feature their own crafting business on a personalized crafters page for the public to view. Events can advertise more details on their craft show, look for more vendors to attend, and list all the crafters who will be at their show!

The best part is that all of these awesome resources are absolutely free for the public to access! Any member of the public can search for crafters or events by location, date, name, and more.

The gals behind it all…

We are McKenna and Madison; a team of two sister-in-laws who love design and all things crafty! In early 2023, we saw an obvious need in the crafting community… a centralized place to keep track of and discover local crafters. We also noticed that, often times, there was no location for craft events to advertise all their information in one spot for a new audience to discover. To put it simply, we were sick and tired of how dang difficult it was to locate and learn more about crafters and craft shows (and saw the hundreds of other crafters that were fed up with the same thing!). We set out to solve that problem, not just for crafters looking for shows to attend or shows looking for vendors, but also from a public’s perspective, and that is why we joined forces to create Keystone Crafters.

Meet McKenna

Hi there! I’m McKenna. I’ve spent my entire life in Central Pennsylvania and I love my home. I have an amazing husband, three awesome children, and quirky 10 year old maltese/shih tzu. I have been a part of the crafting community since 2018, when I started crocheting (you can read more about that on my page – Art by Kenna) 😉 Being creative has always been a huge part of my life. I graduated from HACC in 2022 with an associates degree in Graphic and Interactive Design. I have so much respect and love for small businesses, and even more for those that learned an entire practice and physically make every product they sell. It’s such a satisfying and fulfilling thing to do for yourself. I am so excited to get to know all of you and your wonderful crafts!

Meet Madi

Hi everyone; Madi here! I was born and raised in the heart of Central Pennsylvania. I have always had a love for all things artsy, from painting to macrame to photographing… I have tried it all! It wasn’t until my time at Penn State that I found the path for me: photography, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. Since then, I have worked in marketing, started my own photography business, dabbled in social media management, and now we are here! I still have my own lifestyle and commercial photography business, Madi Jo Photo. I love supporting other small, local businesses in any way I can!
