SPACES ARE LIMITED! PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL THE RULES AS FOLLOWS!

Space Rental
• An 8-foot table will be provided for a fee of $30.00 per table if donating an item to the raffle. If you do not donate a raffle item, the table fee is $40.00. If you feel you need more space, please consider purchasing more space.
• We determine where your spot will be according to the receipt of your application. We will not hold spots. Once you confirm you want a spot, your payment and application are due within 10 days. If we do not receive your application and payment in that time frame, we will open the spot to the next applicant on the list.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you upon arrival of vendor application and payment. This will ensure your space at the show.
• Home show/Catalog parties (i.e. Avon, Pampered Chef, Thirty-one, etc.) will be accepted, however, no duplicates. This will be on a first come, first serve basis.
• Spaces are only considered when payment is received. We reserve the right to reject an application due to vendor duplicates.
• Tables will be covered with a plastic table cover. You are welcome to bring your own table to place on top.
• Electricity is limited. It is available on a first application until we run out of spots.
• Cancellation Policy – Sorry there will be no refunds on spaces.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Raffle
• Please consider donating an Item to be raffled off at the end of our show. This is a great way to get your products and business cards out there. Tickets will be sold for a $1.00/each or 6 for $5.00. This is not a requirement.
• Raffle Registration will be held at morning of set up.
Set Up/Tear Down Times
• SET UP time has two options: The night before (Dec 15th) from 8:30pm – 9:30pm or the morning of as early as 7:00AM. Please have your booth set up by 7:45AM as the doors will open promptly at 8:00AM.
• Tear Down – The show will end at 2:00PM. Please DO NOT start tearing down your booth until the show ends. We understand there are emergencies. If something comes up and you must tear down early, please let us know.
• Loading and unloading – There is a place to pull your car up closer to the door for easier unloading and loading. We ask when you are done unloading your vehicle, to please park towards that back of the parking lot to allow the closer spots for the customers.
Advertising
• To make our show a complete success, we plan on advertising just as much as possible. Advertising will be provided via the following methods:
• Community Bulletin Boards
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook)
• Word of Mouth – tell all your friends!!
• Flyers handed out by us and our participants.
